Promotion open to all persons aged 16 or over, minors under this age can only play with an adults consent.
Promotion available either via the web site or by telephone each has an equal chance of winning. Telephone entries will have a grid position allocated to their name at random and will be notified of this by email
Promotion closes 1st December 2010 or when all grid spaces have been allocated or at a time when the promoters decide to close the promotion before the official closing date. If the promoters decide to end the campaign early, all participants will be advised by email in advance.
There is no alternative no cash alternatives to the stated prize fund. At the closing date all monies collected , up to a maximum of £200,000 will ( after set up expenses have been paid ) will be divided equally between the winner and the Stirling Albion Supporters Trust. The person with the closed allocated spot to the actual ball position will be deemed to b the winner. If more than one person has been allocated that spot, a draw will be made to decide the eventual winner. This draw will be made by an independent person.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications delayed, web sites unavailability, illegible entries or for wrong email addresses given by participants.
All participants will be entitled to a 10% travel insurance discount provided by Insuredirect.co.uk. This will be provided to you by a link with your confirmation e-mail.
The promoters reserve the right to alter or amend this promotion at any time due to circumstances out with their control.
